Muse Kitchen is located within the picturesque courtyard of the Keith Tulloch Wine estate, the creation of decorated restaurateurs Troy and Megan Rhoades-Brown. Troy, awarded 'Australian Young Restauranter 2014', has consistently held a Good Food Guide chef's hat at Muse Kitchen since opening.
Muse Kitchen boasts a personal approach to food, wine and service, delivering European inspired food that is season and produce driven. The setting has been described by The Sydney Morning Herald as "simply delightful" and "A beautiful spot for a lazy afternoon".
The foundation of Muse food is simple; great produce. The key to our style lies within treating the core ingredients with care and knowledge; inspiring the best expression of character without confusing or losing its true flavour.
At Muse we believe that preparing all food in house is important for staff training, consistency and quality. Breads, pasta, gnocchi, ice creams, pastries and butchery when possible are prepared in house by Muse chefs. The muse team always source and support local producers when possible.
We use fresh, non-homogenised jersey milk, cream and butter from a local dairy farmer. Local game products, award winning cheese, and wines that hold their heads high on a world class stage. I am proud to support these producers as they have the same commitment and passion for producing the absolute best.
Dictated by the seasons, our menu changes are frequent and varied. Enjoy an unrivalled collection of Keith Tulloch wines, available by the glass to pair with your meal and afterwards to purchase in the Cellar Door.
